I have spent the entire day with "The Banks of the Nile" stuck in my head. I can't explain it; I avoided going through a Napoleonic phase when Victory of Eagles (2008) came out and I re-read all the Temeraire books in a day, and it's never been triggered by Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World (2003). I must be bored. I am going to read Regency Buck (1935) and go to bed.
