She says "Late this afternoon we got tape of that event from a different angle....this better camera angle," which shows the audience in a wide shot.

So I'm guessing that's not a phone cam, but it still looks under-coverish -- just the way the focus goes in and out and people walking in front of the camera, but I could be wrong.
