Readercon. Was wonderful. I did not get any more sleep at the convention than I went into it with—if anything, less—but my voice held and everything I was on went well and
derspatchel came out on Friday night for my reading and I would love to see the Readercon Miscellany become an annual tradition, although I admit that as a performer I'm biased; it was just that much fun. I have books. I saw people. I have writing-related things to do! The usual update forthcoming when the brain has gotten a chance to recover. At the moment, I am eating some goat's milk ice cream and I kind of just want to stare at things for a while.

Thank you! I was very, very happy to meet you finally in person; I wish we'd had more time. I noticed you sort of disappeared toward the end of the convention—I didn't realize you'd gotten sick! Are you recovered now?
