Readercon. Was wonderful. I did not get any more sleep at the convention than I went into it with—if anything, less—but my voice held and everything I was on went well and
derspatchel came out on Friday night for my reading and I would love to see the Readercon Miscellany become an annual tradition, although I admit that as a performer I'm biased; it was just that much fun. I have books. I saw people. I have writing-related things to do! The usual update forthcoming when the brain has gotten a chance to recover. At the moment, I am eating some goat's milk ice cream and I kind of just want to stare at things for a while.

I'm in the Catskills. All the tunes going on an hour ago were a beginner-level session with nobody I knew in it, but I'll be sallying forth again shortly.
