All the posts here and on FaceBook I'm reading from New England match up nicely with my fuzzy memories of the 1978 blizzard.
It's the inevitable comparison. But it's also a hell of a drop in its own right. A foot by now? A foot and a half? I haven't been out since the last round of shoveling and I'm a little worried about what I'll find.
