Then fall apart, then start again

Rabbit, rabbit. The weather around here is doing its best impression of the hurricane we didn't get in August.

Last night [livejournal.com profile] lesser_celery brought me an early birthday present: a copy of Patricia Russo's Shiny Thing. I've also now got a DVD of The Legend of Hell House (1973), which I should really not watch this afternoon, seeing as how Alison and I are supposed to spend the evening with Spice & Wolf (2008) and Ethiopian food.

I am extremely glad that the tank-driving mayor of Vilnius showed up to the Ig Nobels to claim his Peace Prize.

In eight days, I'll be thirty.

The only characteristic I can remember is that they are artistic and like pretty things (because in this regard they resemble Libras). ** [livejournal.com profile] cucumberseed who is also a 12-year cycle behind me, and who shares a birthday with the ninja girl, will know more. He is an expert in all things Hare.

**I guess that's two characteristics? Math.

Little Springtime is also a rooster--one cycle behind you. The thought of either of you being conservative makes me laugh out loud. Perfectionist, possibly. Self-centered? No, not that I've noticed. Arrogant? Well arrogance is an interesting characteristic. I'd say you have highwayman arrogance. You make demands. And who wouldn't want to rise to them! I'd take that flavor of arrogance over many a flavor of humility, thank you.
