I took out the trash today and I'm on fire

We have moved all the stuff.

That means the house in Manchester is empty, [livejournal.com profile] schreibergasse and G. are on their way to New Haven, and I am eating osmalia with rosewater from Garlic 'n' Lemons, because I am recovering. The last of the packing-out this afternoon was accomplished with a minimum of attempted homicide; and then we came into Boston to meet a third-party friend for dinner and found ourselves trapped in a molasses of brake lights coming off I-93 onto Storrow Drive, then Fenway traffic and finally college move-in chaos, or else I need a good explanation for the throngs of students on Cambridge Street carrying liquor-store boxes full of random objects. It was even more tiring than moving the washing machine and the evil filing cabinet. The dinner conversation was lovely. I'm going nowhere tomorrow.

[livejournal.com profile] kenjari sent me this:

Does anyone know if it comes as a T-shirt? I know a lot of people who'd need one . . .

[edit]

YES!

T-shirts. I'm pretty sure "Make Loki fix it" is going to be the new "Get the cats to do it" around here, since the cats never actually do whatever it is we're being too lazy to do.

EDIT: From that same site:

so they go see Freyja
and freyja is like hey thor what's good
and thor is like
SOMEONE STOLE MY HAMMER
WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
and Freya is like shut the fuck up man
we can solve this mystery
Loki did you steal the hammer
and Loki is like nope
and Freyja is like fuck well I'm out of ideas then

I think I'm in love.

The best part is that I hear it in my head as read by the narrator of The End of the World.

This is brilliant--so's the flow chart above, but I like the, uh, handcrafted quality of this.
