derspatchel's reunion was fun. He showed me around his hometown. We profited by a used record store and a place that sold crazy glazed donuts. I have a dollar pamphlet on Garden Lore of Ancient Athens published by the American School of Classical Studies at Athens in 1963. I also have an awful sore throat that meant I spent most of tonight's dinner writing notes to people when I wanted to talk about fandom and social behavior. It's not as cool.
Was still worth it.
