Having mildly recovered from Wiscon, I feel coherent enough to announce my attendance at Readercon in July. No word on panels or readings as yet, but it hasn't yet been a full day since I sent in the sign-up form; and it's highly possible there's nothing left. Ah, well. There will be enough cool people present that it shouldn't matter.
I will also be doing a reading at the Yale Bookstore—better known as the Barnes & Noble in New Haven—on June 30th, 7 PM. It's an open mike, so if you're planning to be in the area and have something to read, come along!
And I'm hoping to show up for at least a day of Gaylaxicon, especially if
gaudior and
rushthatspeaks get back to me about planning. (Ahem.) Anyone else?
I have now exceeded my shameless self-promotion quota for the day. Off to watch Ronald Colman's A Tale of Two Cities. Is this what vacation feels like?
