I recommend Shelter (1999) unreservedly and I liked Desdaemona (2011) quite a lot, although I failed to follow up with Pandaemonium (2012) and should do something about that one of these days; I need to track down the D'Espérance books similarly. I have read assorted short fiction and liked almost all of it. Have some Victorian Mars because it's readily accessible!
