Actually, despite the increasing conviction that I'm coming down with a cold, Tarkovsky's The Mirror (1975) made me feel better about pretty much everything.
I have a prescription at home! hylomorphist sent me Andrei Rublev (1971) years ago; we're planning to watch it sometime after Stalker on Sunday. It's actually screening at the HFA tonight if anyone wants to catch it on a big screen. I am genuinely sorry to miss The Sacrifice (1986) on Monday, but I've had tickets to King Kong (1933) for months now.
Hope you get some good sleep and feel better in the morning.
Sadly, a hot toddy would have kept me up, but I passed out before three in the morning and slept like a lead weight until nearly eleven-thirty. Bad: I am not at ratatosk's, helping him clean in preparation for his birthday party. Upside: that's more sleep than I've gotten since before Arisia. Possibly since before New Year's. It's been a hard month.
