You will speak clearly all your life

Actually, despite the increasing conviction that I'm coming down with a cold, Tarkovsky's The Mirror (1975) made me feel better about pretty much everything.

Glad you're feeling better. Feel free to ignore the home remedy, but I swear by my grandmother's recipe for colds: a concoction of hot milk, turmeric, black pepper, and honey (only included to make the previous two ingredients palatable).

And you can get it over the counter!

Hot toddy. Bed.

Hope you get some good sleep and feel better in the morning.

Huggggs and wishing you well!

I was just looking at shelves yesterday and noticed I still had this movie unwatched, so I suppose this counts as a recommendation? :)

I look forward to hearing what you think of Stalker. It's the Tarkovsky film that hit me the hardest--in fact it made me burst into tears.

I really need to watch them all again.

Keep taking the Tarkovsky! I seem to have avoided everything he made, even Solaris.

SOLARIS SOLARIS ahem. (I might be a bit fond of that movie).

I'm glad the film was so effective. I hope the cold will be averted, or barring that that it and all the rest will go as well as they can go.
