My poem "The Hero's Journey" has been accepted by Not One of Us. It's the incredibly depressed one about Dido in the underworld. I write this in a stupidly good mood, which I do not expect to break any time in the next few hours.

Why, yes, internet, I would love an episode of Gunsmoke starring Hans Conried. "Shakespeare," 23 August 1952. A strangely touching one, too, considering Conried's comparative careers in radio and film.

I wasn't looking for stereoscopic views of the Gloucester granite industry, but I'm not going to complain about finding them.

It's spring outside. I can't tell if this means next week it's going to snow.

green_trilobite commented "William Conrad could sound so thin" which makes me wonder if perhaps the whole episode isn't about those who "had a great face for radio."
