But the fools only look—they cannot listen for laughing

My poem "The Hero's Journey" has been accepted by Not One of Us. It's the incredibly depressed one about Dido in the underworld. I write this in a stupidly good mood, which I do not expect to break any time in the next few hours.

Why, yes, internet, I would love an episode of Gunsmoke starring Hans Conried. "Shakespeare," 23 August 1952. A strangely touching one, too, considering Conried's comparative careers in radio and film.

I wasn't looking for stereoscopic views of the Gloucester granite industry, but I'm not going to complain about finding them.

It's spring outside. I can't tell if this means next week it's going to snow.

Congratulations on the sale. Hooray for stupidly good moods and Hans Conried in Gunsmoke!

Unrelated: but I love the icon. Yay for "City of Death"!

I re-watched it last week; never fails to cheer me up.
