As far as I know, everybody's fine. Perceptions seem to have been wildly varied, even within a city. In Cambridge, I didn't feel the quake at all. In downtown Boston, a friend of my mother's was evacuated from her building. I have no idea what it would have been like in Lexington. Possibly nothing.
