I’ve really stopped sleeping. Why the hell is Ice Cold in Alex (1958) not out on DVD in this country?

(It'll be out on Blu-Ray in the UK on the 13th, which does me no good whatsoever because Blu-Ray also has region codes.)

On top of everything else, I seem to have done something to my neck and shoulder; it's been making me nauseous all day. I would quite possibly kill for a good backrub right now. Or at least maim slightly.

I am so very glad your daughter has found something that works for her, and I hope without ill effect. All medical interventions are about risk/benefit.

Ah, sorry, I just found this email--I'm cleaning up the long trail I've fallen behind on!

I'm all for science-based medicine, unless nothing that has been tried is working, though I'd say I'm wary of too many medications. Mostly, I go for a nice balance. :)
