Someone died and someone's married

I have a computer. I may even post photographs of it when I return from Yonkers, where my brother's best friend since elementary school—and in seven days, his best man—is getting married. He's almost my other brother, Wes. And now we see them both off in the same week.

That is a complicated question; I am alive, is the short answer. I would like to be sleeping more. Also writing.

I was afraid that question might indeed have a complicated answer; I've felt the way the words of this entry feel (or so I imagine), and I recognize the complications. If I had that power, I'd give you sleep with one hand and inspiration with the other.
