I am: James Tiptree, Jr. (Alice B. Sheldon) In the 1970s she was perhaps the most memorable, and one of the most popular, short story writers.  Her real life was as fantastic as her fiction.

I am also informed that copies of Postcards from the Province of Hyphens shipped today. So while I still cannot explain what happened with my chapbooks (I can only make threatening noises at my publisher, and hope he'll take care of it), I can at least indicate that you might soon receive poetry. True, but being Jerry Pournelle is just as frightening. So I took the test answering the questions truthfully and came out as Gregory Benford. Not as good as Greg the Bunny, but I'll take what I can get.
