Love goes crazy, given time

And just to prove that I'm alive, a silly quiz.

(Cut for gender confusion.)

I am:
James Tiptree, Jr. (Alice B. Sheldon)
In the 1970s she was perhaps the most memorable, and one of the most popular, short story writers.  Her real life was as fantastic as her fiction.

Which science fiction writer are you?

I am also informed that copies of Postcards from the Province of Hyphens shipped today. So while I still cannot explain what happened with my chapbooks (I can only make threatening noises at my publisher, and hope he'll take care of it), I can at least indicate that you might soon receive poetry. This would be cool all round.

I actually emailed [livejournal.com profile] oldcharliebrown this weekend about this (and a few other things, and he said that the printer kept trimming the size of your chapbook wrong. So it has been delayed, but should be out soon.

I got David Brin who is not someone I'm framiliar with, but his books sound interesting just from glancing at a website about them.

I tried to jiggle the test so it would come out John Norman, but I got Jerry Pournelle instead.
