Despite the March 30th tag on Amazon.com, Jack Dann's Nebula Showcase 2005 appears to be on the shelf of at least one Barnes & Noble (thanks, Mike!) and may well be approaching a bookstore near you. Hopefully one near me, too . . . As well as winning and finalist fiction from the 2004 Nebula Awards, the volume contains essays, film summaries, appreciations, and the three Rhysling Award winners from 2003, Ruth Berman's "Potherb Gardening," Mike Allen and Charles Saplak's "Epochs in Exile: A Fantasy Trilogy," and my own "Matlacihuatl's Gift."

I'm happy.

Located a copy at the Yale bookstore. I may even be doing a reading there when I get back from break (details, should they materialize, to follow). For once, I'm glad my university sold out to Barnes & Noble!

And I'm still happy.
