I just walked out through the dead leaves in the side yard and looked for the exploding comet with a pair of binoculars, but I didn't need them: it's a diffuse, distinct halo of light below Perseus, triangulated with Mirfak (Alpha Persei) and Delta Persei. This is wonderful.

I suspect it will still be visible tonight—I don't think, from our perspective, it's going anywhere in the next twenty-four hours.
