rushthatspeaks came over this afternoon and we did not watch any of the movies we talked about, but we did order dinner from Jahunger and practically buzz our tongues off with Sichuan pepper from the hand-pulled noodles and the cold chicken. I had never had Uyghur cuisine before. Next time we'll order from Silk Road. The seven-layer honey cake was indeed not the typical thing.

Hestia yesterday morning was incredibly stealthy.

Yes! Silk Road has been around for a while, but Jahunger is a new arrival. I'm hoping it indicates some presence of diaspora.

And Hestia's stealth is top notch, 10 out of 10, captures the spirit of undetectability if not the practice.
