I guess I lost my charm again

I failed to sleep at all, which is bad for many reasons, but at least I got a decent picture off our back deck. I like the combination of dawn and the streetlights not yet out. I have no idea what kind of bird is in the neighbors' tree.

You get some lovely light just at dawn. I just wish I wasn't awake to see it so often!

Many sympathies! I like it myself when I have stayed up round the clock for a good reason like a twenty-four-hour movie marathon (not happening this February, natch) and otherwise I prefer to sleep through.
