yhlee and it was a birthday gift of shells: heart cockle and abalone, sundial and spindle shells, scallop, limpet, cat's eye, silver conch, lynx and money and purple-top cowries and more. He said he would have sent me the sea if he could, but he thought it might be hard to fit into our apartment. It's almost certainly true. We don't even have room for all our books.
In response to my prompt in the Comfort Fest,sholio wrote me a beautiful coda for a scene in the fourth season of Turn: Washington's Spies (2014–17), between the characters of Abigail and Edmund Hewlett: "Acts of Kindness." I basically consider it canonical. I need to figure out how to write about TV shows without generating monographs.

This still makes me so happy. I hedge all of my fic-writing around with apotropaic warnings because it is so rare, but if anything changes on the Torchwood front, you will be the first to know.
