Squeezing two punnets of puréed raspberries through cheesecloth in order to de-seed them = quickest way I know to make your kitchen look like it just starred in Titus Andronicus. Also, next time I'm taking off my rings. I've never needed anyone to scrape my hands down with a spatula before.
