I'd do anything to see you again
My poem "The Ghost Marriage" has been accepted by Uncanny Magazine. I wrote it after falling in love with Black Angel (1946) in December; even at the time, the motifs of music and the underworld made me think of a kind of half-genderflipped Orpheus and Eurydike. I suppose it is a ghost poem for people who never existed. I think those count.
I have a crushing headache. I'm assuming it's weather-related, with the rain outside, but it's the kind that makes even my teeth feel nauseated.

Sorry to hear about the headache--I hope it abates soon.

Me, too. I'm supposed to see another film noir double feature with a friend tonight!

Yes; the original is Εὐρυδίκη. It's just the (classical) Greek transliteration rather than the Latinized version.
