I got the brains taken out of my head last week

Today was deeply frustrating in almost every way, but in the evening [personal profile] phi came over for about twenty minutes and hung out while I started making dinner and then I took some chorizo and blood sausage and garlic and tomato paste and bay leaves and an extremely large can of black beans and made pseudo-feijoada and it was delicious. I believe that to have been the major achievement of the day. I'm actually pretty proud of it.
