But a galloping line of white horses said that soon we were in for a race
My poem "Poor Old Horse" is now online at Mythic Delirium. It was written a year ago Sunday for
strange_selkie, so it is exactly the right season again to read it. The chantey it's named after sounds like this. I didn't get enough sea this summer, either, but the weather's still warm.
Mine was the closing poem of Mythic Delirium 1.1, so the issue is now complete: a beautiful thing of storms and stars and seeing. If you don't want to wait months to get all of the next one, subscribe! It's worth it. There are some excellent names coming up.
Sure, internet, I would love some shark mermaids. Thanks!

Thank you. It may not have survived into the poem, but it started with some Mari imagery.

I hope you'll have more sea this year.

Thank you. I don't think it should be impossible!
