I like New York in June—how about you?
I do not have anything to say about the death of Robin Williams except feh. I am shocked and I am sad. I want to watch Moscow on the Hudson (1984) and The Fisher King (1991) and I don't own either of these movies. Everything else I was going to post about can wait.

It's my favorite film he's in. Moscow on the Hudson was one of the first where I knew who he was.

Er, actually, it told me I can get Moscow on the Hudson out of Cary Memorial Library in Lexington. Thank you.

I must have seen him first in Hook, but it's not what I think of as a defining role. Likewise, I know I saw Aladdin in theaters, but he was mostly a voice—several voices—to me. Moscow on the Hudson was one of the first movies where I knew who he was; I think it was a favorite movie of my grandmother's, although my mother showed it to me. She liked him especially in Good Morning, Vietnam and my father in What Dreams May Come and The Final Cut. I simply love The Fisher King.
