The garlic cream sauce is also very tasty on their French fries, which are of a superior texture (and stay crispy even when they get cold) but understandably tend to taste somewhat of falafel.

Is the texture (or the crispiness) what makes them Dutch-style fries? I've been wondering since last night and the internet is not very forthcoming.
