There's a company called Happy Goat that does caramels; I was given a packet in several different flavors as a Christmas present a few years ago and they vanished with extraordinary rapidity even for me. Winter Spice and Coconut Lime. I don't know where I'd get them around here. They were pretty insanely amazing.
