Infinitely slowly, but it grows

My flash piece "And Black Unfathomable Lakes" has been accepted by Not One of Us. I had sent it to lesser_celery for an opinion on whether it worked independent of The Brides of Dracula (1960), whose ending inspired it: apparently the answer was yes. Blame handful_ofdust. I am very pleased about this. Among other things, it is the first fiction of any length I've been able to finish in some time.

(And I did hear what you said about more, although I didn't have any in mind when I wrote it. I don't know; I don't want to promise and I won't rule it out, because I can see why. I didn't have anything in mind when I went to shower two nights ago.)
