Thank you! That looks very tasty. (I would substitute shallot for onion.) I'm wondering now what I can use in place of a Dutch oven, which I don't own. I have both a pot with a tight-fitting lid in which I have successfully sautéed in the past and the skillet in which I made tonight's grilled cheese.
