There are more attestations (online here, if you can get the Greek to work) for κόλπος as "bosom" or "lap" than for "womb" or "vagina" specifically, so I would rather use the primary meaning; and I think "violet-lapped" is a good suggestion.

That shouldn't stop you from using "violet-wombed" in your own translations, though. : )
