I imagined a maenad taking a break from wild dancing and tearing things apart, tearing into a pomegranate instead.



She's sitting in a tree (a really dumb-looking tree because I, y'know, tried to draw the tree around her. No trees look like this).

Thank you! When I decided I wanted her to be a maenad, I did a Google image search and looked at lots of maenads (I love Google image search).

And this drawing... my problem is that when I want to draw something for someone's journal, I end up doing it fast, which means I never do it quite as well as I'd like... it's the punishment for doing it fast. But I'm glad you like it! I like her face okay.
