I would welcome wok tips.

I think I'm going to order a wok spatula and cleaning brush from the folks who made the wok.

The old wok was actually my roommate Bob's and I believe it had never been properly seasoned / broken in, hence it got rusty, of all things.

Hot and sour chicken, Hunan Restaurant (SF, CA) recipe, here we come!

(Chicken, bell pepper, carrot, celery, ginger, garlic, black bean paste, soy sauce, vinegar, white wine, chicken broth, and hot pepper.)
