Literal lycanthropy in ensemble romantic comedies would also be pretty nice.

It would have to be intelligently done, and it's difficult enough to find romantic comedies I'll watch without adding the complications of the fantastic. I don't mean that I wouldn't love to see someone succeed, but I already avoid all the books whose authors have failed, and they are legion.
