Today is my grandmother's yahrzeit. I lit a candle for her last night; I tell people about her. I never think it has been so long since she died.

I dreamed about my (still-living) grandmother last night, and cried when I remembered the dream.

I dreamed I was looking at a little book of notes she had written about various things. It was the poignancy of some of them that made me cry.

I hope you dream about your grandmother tonight--in a good way. In a spirit-visiting-you kind of way.
