That my godchild turned fifteen today is not proof of linear time, but I rejoice in it. He is a long-limbed treasure with zero chill. I have been shown evidence of him celebrating a successful escape room with milkshakes and cookies and friends.

spatch's foot was not broken by the speaker which fell onto it yesterday, just bone-crunched and blood-bruised in the ways for which elevation and painkillers are recommended. It does show evidence of an old healed injury that delightfully caused his X-ray results to come up "Abnormal." Paging Marty Feldman.
I have secured what looks like a romantic espionage thriller from 1949 that I had no idea existed until last night when I heard a mid-century radio speedrun of it and my plan for the rest of the evening is to read it and not move. The winter storm is still currently raining.
