We spent all day yesterday grimly telling each other not to get excited for the snow because it would probably all fizzle out while secretly getting VERY excited for the snow, and it was such a delight to have a reason to put on snowboots and make hot chocolate and admire our neighbor child's driveway snowperson after all!
