I believe this object to have been some kind of ceramic succulent, but I thought at first it represented barnacles and anemones.

The dying hydrangeas have a lot of personality.
In their different ways, I have been finding Gen & The Degenerates' "Big Hit Single" (2023) and Ian Sweet's "Your Spit" (2023) very catchy lately.
