They are vintage milk crates! My mother sidewalk-looted them in New York in the 1960's. There used to be a dozen, but the collection was whittled down over the years. My father repainted them recently.

Was also thinking of you with the opening of Oppenheimer this weekend. At least one can catch a film in the comfort of one's home later.

It did, actually! Some of
