I changed though I never meant to move on
I had to set an alarm for an appointment early this morning and I consider it not just grossly unfair, but downright disgusting that I was woken on the verge of finding out just what kind of movie gets titled Give My Revenge to Murnau. I have decided it should have been a '70's Italian Western, probably starring Klaus Kinski. It looked attractive on a marquee.
ashlyme writes beautifully about Mark Jenkin's Enys Men (2022), which has sounded from its very first festival rounds like something I would love desperately and even more so through the eyes of a friend so attuned to hauntings and time.
nineweaving told me about the University of Chicago Press sale, so it seems only decent of me to pass the information on.
Every single conversation I have had today has reinforced amazingly just how tired everyone I know is, and even some people I don't.

Literally I saw it on the marquee (of a theater I suspect of not existing in consensus reality, also a universe where I would stop on the street and think about walking in to see a movie) and my alarm went off! I feel so cheated.
Cool! (Also, uh oh.)
