It snowed for real last night. I took pictures. It is even still snowing this afternoon, though the sidewalks have been shoveled and the streets ploughed. I hope it sticks. Our street looks like winter. It should be winter. We did nothing to observe Twelfth Night, unless you count rewatching Topkapi (1964).

I miss snow. I grew up in New England. It is an important part of the year.
We got a big dump at the end of December and now there's nothing in the forecast and it's all slowly melting and subliming away.
Phooey. I hope it is replenished.
