They were buried in the depths of the raging southern sea

The dead days of the month have come around again with the third issue of The Deadlands!

Our newest issue is now live, featuring poetry from Jeannelle M. Ferreira, Gwynne Garfinkle, Zin E. Rocklyn, and Gemma Files, fiction from Premee Mohamed, Caitlyn Paxson, and J.D. Harlock, and nonfiction from Amanda Downum. It is our first issue on the subscription model—for subscribers, the full issue is available up front; for the internet at large, new content will be made freely accessible every Monday and Thursday, beginning with Ferreira's "Cause and Manner."

Toss a coin to the ghosts if you can spare it. We'll all get there in the end, but you could find out what's coming.

Tell me, is it super weird to refer to me under professional circumstances? Because it is when I do it about you, and you actually go by your name.

STARRING EV'RYBODY, AND ME! (The cover, also, I cannot complain and you know how I am about covers.)

So cool, looking to dig in.

Very glad to see people pushing a bit more for subscriptions and purchases so that there is more money for writers and editors.

Looking **brilliant**

I read [personal profile] selkie's poem--the only thing I've experienced so far. It was amazing.

Such a beautiful piece of work, and I'm so proud to be in it. :)
