The last one is for the fair pretty maids and staying out late at night
I concluded my first-ever virtual Arisia with "Leadership in Science Fiction and Fantasy," which permitted me the opportunity to talk about the musical 1776 and Yoon Ha Lee's Machineries of Empire in context of one another, which I quite enjoyed. Then I had a complicated rest of the day, but the convention itself worked, which as a person with the Zoom tolerance of cheesecloth I had not been totally confident it would, and I regret nothing about my participation except the dearth of hanging out and the fact that all my panels could have run their regular hour and a half, easy. I didn't even telecommunicate my con crud to anyone. Next year in company.

Okay, that's cool. I'm glad you had that afternoon ship-in-the-night!

I think it's wonderful that you did. I couldn't message you, but I saw you in the audience!

I understand why there were not recordings this year, but I still wish I could point people to them.

That's the good kind of interruption!
