Other than the time and the secret number
The major event of today: we got our flu shots. Afterward we rewarded ourselves with Indian food and I fell asleep on the couch under a cat. I can't figure out why my knee has suddenly started hurting so badly that it is having intermittent difficulty taking my weight, but I'm hoping it knocks off soon. It's not like I got the flu shot in my leg. It's too foggy where we are to take advantage of it, but the Orionids peak tonight.
P.S. I like the picture
spatch took of me on the walk we took in between the flu shot and the Indian food. He also took a gorgeous one of pond scum.

We did a drive-through clinic for our flu shots a week or two ago. Very smooth, though quite slow. They were set up as if there were two people providing the shots, but there was only one person actually doing so. At least it felt quite safe.
We were not just clouded but snowstormed out for the Orionids, which was a pity. I had emailed my brother that he'd get an especially good present for his birthday to make up for the family's being unable to get together, but he doesn't really regard snow in that light.

I suspect so. You could always try again tonight, if you happen to be awake, although I hope you are usefully rather than groggily sleeping.

Thank you!

That's important. Ours were also drive-through, but took forever to set up. We were originally scheduled for mid-November, which was far too late for the comfort of anyone in my family.

That's just overkill!

I'm sorry. I would have felt better about snow than fog, myself.
