On the one hand, I had to spend a portion of my afternoon inside a hospital—it was a scheduled appointment rather than a surprise, but nerve-racking all the same.
(It was the appointment that had been rescheduled twice since the late winter: it was abruptly moved up from July at the beginning of this week. Good for information, stressful for everything else. I could theoretically spend the next two weeks deciding whether to stress more over my results or the chance of COVID-19, but I am going to try not to.)
