I'm drawn to an ocean
My short story "Imperator Noster," originally published in Genius Loci: Tales of the Spirit of Place (ed. Jaym Gates, Ragnarok Publications 2016), has been accepted for reprint as part of the New Decameron, a project of free stories in a time of plague raising money for the refugee charity Cittadini del Mondo. It is organized by Maya Chhabra, Jo Walton, and Lauren Schiller and will begin telling stories on Monday. My contribution is Roman secret history, with the sea. It seemed appropriate.

Thank you! I think it is human that people in times of crisis tell stories, but I think it is wonderful that they use them to help each other.

The world must know.
(That is a valid concept, in theory anyway - so far.)
