Y tu rostro reflejado en un charco con aceite de coche en el parque
My poems "кот древнее и неприкосновенное животное," "Nostalgia," and "The Women Around Achilles" have been honorably mentioned in Ellen Datlow's The Best Horror of the Year Volume Eleven. All were published last year in assorted issues of Not One of Us and I am really pleased.
Appropriately enough, the table of contents for the fall issue of NOU has been announced and I have a poem in it. I am waiting with impatience for my contributor's copy; I want to know the kinds of story some of those titles belong to.
nineweaving thought I should know about John Craske and she was right.
Today included two doctor's appointments and at least I met

Thank you!
I remember reading eagerly through those for the Year's Best Fantasy collections. I didn't publish that much short fiction really, but I was looking for my friends too. We were always so excited if anybody got one.
Understandable! I remember the first story for which I got an honorable mention in The Year's Best Fantasy and Horror. I was so excited, it was almost as good as a reprint.
(I did eventually get a reprint, in the very last anthology of the series. I'm still happy I got in under the wire!)
Thank you for the link about the artist who was saved by the sea. I liked the paintings but was just mesmerized by the embroideries.
You're welcome! I would love to see his tapestries in person.
